boiled tapioca

alright food lovers...this is boiled tapioca...
this food is not very famous...but its famous in malaysia...
what you need is...
= tapioca
= salt

first...get yourself some tapioca...fresh from the underground...and wash it and peel it skin off...

then you take a pot that suits the tapioca...and don't forget to cut the tapioca in cylinder...
like the picture..then when the water is heated...
not boiled..you put the tapioca into the pot...

don't forget to put some salt into it...it depends how much you
want to put the salt..but not too much...your dish will get salty..
you boil the tapioca until the water absorbed by the tapioca...and you
take ti and its ready to be eaten...

garlic fried prawns

first...this is a bowl of fried prawns...
i know that you like to eat this...now...what you need is..
= tiger prawns
= garlic cloves (sliced)
= olive oil
= black pepper powder

first of all..get a bowl...and put the prawns in it...make sure that the prawns are not alive...you will be threatening the innocent prawns...

then put the sliced garlic cloves...and black pepper powder....and you need to marinade it for a while...
and don't forget to put some olive oil into it....
then you can marinade it for about 30 minutes...or 40 minutes...

then you warm up the frying pan....then you put the
marinaded prawns into the pan and fry it till the prawns turns golden orange in color...

you can try it...if its not tasty enough...you can ask anybody that has experience of a chef...

sweet potato soup

beside being a pouch potato...why don't you try making a fine yummy sweet potato soup?
what you need is... (for 1 person meal)
= 2 hand sized sweet potatoes (boiled)
= olive oil
= condensed coconut milk
= salt
= black pepper
= garlic cloves

first...get a blender...not a grinder...
then you peel the boiled sweet potatoes and cut it
into bite sized cubes...then put it into the blender...
then you put one tablespoon of olive oil, a bit of salt,
black pepper beads...and some garlic cloves...and make sure the
garlic cloves were peeled...then you put it into the blender...

then you blend it till all of the mixture were fined and creamed...
after that you add some condensed coconut milk...stop the blender for a while...
and add few coconut milk..then turn the blender on again...see the color if it changes
to a lighter color...

then when you see the fine blended soup...then when you see the soup was too concentrated...
you can add half cup of warm water...and then blend it again...till it looks like liquid...
then its ready to be cooked...but not cook actually...because you already boiled the
sweet potatoes...but you can put it in an oven..or a microwave....its for heating the soup...so you can get a hot soup...

after that...you can eat it or you can serve to people...
this is easy...you can try this as often as you want...bye bye..thanks for reading...

scrambled eggs

eggs eggs eggs...this is eggs that has been scrambled
while cooking...
how to make this...you will need (for 1 person meal)
= 2 eggs
= garlic powder
= salt
= milk
= olive oil

first...get an empty bowl and crack the eggs into the bowl...then mix the eggs in the bowl...
then you add some garlic powder...maybe 2 or 3 pinch
of it...and a pinch of salt...

then you mix the eggs in the bowl...till it turns yellow...
then you add half cup of milk...or you add while you stir till the
color of the eggs turns light yellow..but not too much milk...
the eggs will get mad!! hahaha!

ok...then you warm up the pan..or a pot that can cook eggs...
then..put one table spoon of olive oil into the pan..and wait till it is hot...
after that you stir the eggs again and pour it into the pan...
then you stir it till it cooks...

it depends how you want...medium well or full cooked...
if it looks dry and crusty...add some milk...and mix it together till the milk dries..
if you want more delicious...add some sliced button mushrooms...then its ready to be eaten...
go and try cook it...its taste better than it looks...

iced honey milk shake

this is a cup of milk...with honey added into it...i know it looks like odd but the taste is goooood...
how to create this?
you will need for one glass of drink
= bar shaker
= fresh milk
= honey

first...get an empty glass and a bar shaker...
put the honey into the bar shaker until it covers all the surface in the bottom of the bar shaker...

then add the fresh milk into it...then you shake it as hard as you can...till the honey is mixed well with the milk in the bar shaker...

after shaking it...why don't you taste it first...
maybe its not enough honey...or too much honey...
then after you add more milk or honey into it...
shake it until it produces fine looking foam...

then its ready to be drink...go ahead and give it a try...

iced honey milk tea

now i'm going to show you how to create iced honey milk tea...

first...you will need
= honey
= full cream milk
= teabags
= ice cubes
= half spoon of brown sugar

now...get a glass of hot water...then you put the tea bags inside it and stir until the water turns golden brown like normal tea...
then you add half spoon of sugar into the glass and stir it..
after that you take out the teabag out form the glass and then
you mix it with the honey into the glass of hot tea...
the honey will cover the bottom of the glass...you can also put as much as you want...
but not too much...like 3 to 5 table spoon of honey...then you stir it till the honey is
mixed with the tea gently....
then you put the full cream milk while you stir until the tea turns milky brown like this picture...
and then you put the ice cubes into the glass and stir it...
then its ready to serve...
