alright....read carefully people... what you need is...
= a salmon
= rosemary
= garlic
= thyme
= mint
ok...you got the stuff right? now...all you need is oxygen to breathe...nah...just skip this part...get a container and put the salmon inside...chop some garlic and put it inside the container with the salmon...
get the rosemary, thyme and mint mix up all together and spread it on the salmon on both side up and down....then close the container tightly to marinade it for half and hour or one hour....bla bla bla bla....bla...
[ one hour later ]
open the container and warm up the frying pan or your grill....then put some olive oil into the pan and grill the salmon until the color turns darker and orange....then you can get a fork and poke the salmon...if it hot...don't put it in your mouth...put it on a plate...and the salmon is ready to be eaten...
